– No drinks to be taken outside
– No outside food or drinks to enter into the venue
– No illegal substances
– Strictly over 18 events (unless advertised otherwise)
– No re-entry to the venue
– No entry past 12:00AM
– No climbing on structures
– Due to the unique nature of the event space, we have a strict policy on any form of climbing or hanging from structures. Anyone caught climbing/ sitting/ standing on anything higher than waist high will be asked to leave.
– Our Entrance and Smoking area are within earshot of local properties, please refrain from
excessive shouting and be conscious of our neighbours when entering and leaving the estate.
– We are not liable for any belongings lost during events, you’re welcome to email us at
contact@flevents.co.uk with details of lost property and we’ll see if anything has been handed in.
