Yes we accept both card and cash. Though we advise to bring cash to make things quicker at the bar.

Once you reach the main gates of the business estate, walk straight, past Infinity Trampoline Park then take a right. PLEASE be good to our neighbours by keeping noise down outside, we’re working very hard with the community to make sure these events happen.

A Taxi Rank will be held along side two adjacent warehouse, stewards and door staff will be on hand to point you in the right direction, we do advise booking your own, which will be directed to this position.

We accept passports and driving licenses, fake ID’s will be confiscated. All entrance is strictly 18+

Our bouncers are very friendly, but they will be conducting random searches.

Yes we sell water bottles without the lids, this is to prevent any injuries that may occur from someone standing on a closed bottle on the floor.

No tracksuits or bucket hats allowed.

Yes, a cloak room will be operating at £2.50. Please bring change.

Yes there are disabled toilets available, please contact any member of staff to speak to the venue manager about access (security, stewards, bar staff, etc). If you would like more information, please email contact@flevents.co.uk

There is always a first aider on site, please contact a member of staff immediately for assistance (bar staff, security, stewards).

Illegal substances, liquids of any kind (bottles, glass, perfume), chewing gum, food, weapons of any kind, flares/ fireworks.

Re-entry is not permitted to the venue.

If someone is making you feel uncomfortable or you feel suspicious about the way someone is acting, please discreetly say to a member of staff at any given opportunity. We will make the security aware and have them thrown out immediately, or phone the police if a serious offence has taken place.
